Lisa leads the company in driving growth through global customer and prospect engagement, go-to-market initiatives, and brand development. In 2020, Lisa assumed the leadership role for sustainability, developing AVEVA's sustainability strategy and plan, one that delivers human, economic, and environmental value. This work includes each person at AVEVA to help deliver sustainable outcomes for our customers, and for the communities where we live and work. Prior to joining AVEVA, Lisa was Managing Director, Marketing at Vista Consulting Group, leading marketing consulting for more than 50 companies within the Vista Equity Partners' portfolio. Rob was appointed Executive Vice President of the Operations Business for AVEVA in April 2021. Rob has over 25 years of experience working in the industrial software business with a focus on manufacturing and infrastructure, serving end-markets such as power, water, food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and oil and gas. He has extensive experience in product and business management, M&A, sales, and marketing, and is named in over 28 software and technology patents. Rob first joined the business in 2007 (then part of Invensys) and remained with the company through several transitions including the sale to Schneider Electric and its eventual spinoff and merger with AVEVA. Since joining the company, Rob has had multiple roles including Product Marketing, Portfolio Management, Industry Solutions, and Business Unit Management. In 2018, Rob took on the portfolio and strategy role for the combined AVEVA business, and in 2019 took on an expanded role as Head of Corporate Strategy and M&A. Joe Sanguinetti is the Technical Leader in Engineering for the General Mills Supply Chain organization. Joe has over 25 years of experience with General Mills and has worked in two manufacturing facilities prior to moving to Minneapolis where he has had positions at both and World Head Quarters and the James Ford Bell Technical Research Center. Joe started in manufacturing where he held positions including operations team leader, maintenance team leader, project engineer, and logistics planner. While in manufacturing he led efforts to provide real time information to operators on the plant floor to enable them to make more informed decisions. After 7 years in manufacturing Joe moved to world Headquarters and held several positions in Information Technology, Operations technology and several business units.
